Return & Exchange Policy

At Malabis Rasha, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, please review the terms below before requesting a return or exchange. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective).

  • Accessories, innerwear, or items marked Final Sale.

Return Process

  1. Email support@malabisrasha.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges to ensure you receive the correct size or product.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 1 day of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

  • Items marked Final Sale.

Exchange Process

    • Your order number

    • Exchange request (size, colour, or product)

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped.

Exchange Terms

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or receive store credit.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received.
